Summary
Steven Mather is an accredited mediator and dispute resolution solicitor with several years’
experience in resolving a wide range of legal disputes. Steven is an expert in negotiation and
powerfully combines a commercial mind with an in-depth knowledge of the psychology of
disputes and application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) theory to ensure that
disputes are resolved quickly and effectively.

What kinds of disputes?
Steven has litigated and mediated the whole gamut of legal disputes. Steven advises all his
mediation clients that, unlike picking a lawyer, it does not matter if a mediator has experience
